My Approach to Therapy

We begin by building a strong, meaningful and impactful relationship. With this relationship, we explore challenges, disruptions, celebrations and anything you may want to discuss. We work together to establish and reach your goals using techniques and theories that work best for you. Counseling is a collaborative process that will empower you to improve your thoughts, feelings, and actions for better overall health and wellness.
