Meet Sara:

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating through life dealing with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship issues, emotional expression, effective communication, chronic mental health concerns, and more. Through the approach of Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based therapy, I strive to work alongside you to find what best suits you and will work in your daily life. Compassion and empathy are core foundations that I base my practice on and hope to instill in my clients. Mental health is tough to navigate and you are not alone. If you are looking for individual sessions with both in-person and virtual options, please reach out.

My Approach

Mental health concerns can be isolating and tough to navigate. I use talk-centered therapy to meet you where you are and make the process more comfortable. Solution-Focused therapy coupled with a Strengths-Based approach assists in finding practical skills while identifying your past and current successes. Open Arms Wellness is exactly what I provide in session; an open, safe space, free of judgment, but filled with acceptance.
