This group is for adults ages 18-25 dealing with the transition into adulthood.

What will I learn in this group?

In this group, we will learn about the following topics in order to identify our own personal sticking points, acknowledge the ways in which we could reach our true potential, implement coping and emotion regulation skills, and challenge negative thought patterns.

  • Relationships: communication skills and healthy boundaries
  • Life Stressors
  • Anxiety, avoidance, and procrastination exploration
  • Exploration of self

What else do I need to know?

  • The group meets via telehealth - phones, desktop computers, laptops, tablets, etc. can be used; group members must be in a confidential environment to attend sessions. Driving while in group will not be permitted.
  • Cost/Insurance Accepted: $50 per member: private pay accepted; United Health Care and Cigna insurances accepted.
