This group is for adults ages 20+ dealing with symptoms of anxiety.
What will I learn in this group?
In this group, we will learn about the following topics in order to identify our own personal anxiety symptoms, acknowledge the ways in which anxiety has impacted our lives, implement coping and emotion regulation skills, and challenge negative thought patterns.
Fight or flight response
Avoidance and procrastination exploration
Exploration of perfectionism
Anxiety in relationships: communication skills and healthy boundaries
What else do I need to know?
The group meets via telehealth - phones, desktop computers, laptops, tablets, etc. can be used; group members must be in a confidential environment to attend sessions. Driving while in group will not be permitted.
Cost/Insurance Accepted: $50 per member: private pay accepted; United Health Care and Cigna insurances accepted.
