Therapeutic Modalities I Use
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and shift patterns of thinking that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. Motivational Interviewing can also play an important role in helping clients explore change, clarify goals, and build confidence in their ability to move forward.
My work is strongly rooted in person-centered therapy, which emphasizes empathy, understanding, and the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for growth. I also incorporate relational therapy, recognizing that our relationships often shape how we see ourselves and interact with the world.
In addition, I draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy to help clients strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and build healthier relationships. I also integrate elements of Positive Psychology to help clients focus on resilience, strengths, and the possibilities for growth even during difficult periods.
