Meet Cynthia:

My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature, as it encompasses Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Experiential Therapy, and is packed with genuine concern, listening, empathy and understanding.

My overall goal of providing Psychotherapy/Talk Therapy is to assist with facilitating positive change in clients who are seeking better emotional and social satisfaction. The process will assist in increasing clients’ understanding of themselves and their close relationships as well as other important life factors they may be deal with. In addition,
the process will equip clients with the skills needed to manage “self-defeating behaviors” in order to overcome and manage their life challenges. Bonding with my clients is essential and matters.
