Hannah Frey, LCSW
Life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the path forward. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, or family conflict, you don't have to face those challenges alone. Hannah Frey provides a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can gain insight, build practical skills, and create meaningful change.
Hannah believes therapy is most effective when clients feel accepted exactly as they are while being encouraged to grow into who they want to become. Through a combination of warmth, authenticity, humor, and evidence-based interventions, she helps clients develop resilience, self-awareness, and confidence as they move toward their goals.
What I Offer
I provide therapy for children ages 5 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that every client brings unique strengths, experiences, and challenges into the therapeutic process.
Together, we identify meaningful goals, develop practical strategies, and create a path toward healing and personal growth. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels both compassionate and structured—one where clients feel supported while also being challenged to make lasting changes.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and am committed to providing culturally sensitive, affirming care that honors each person's lived experience.
Why Choose Hannah Frey
As a former school social worker, I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through emotional, behavioral, developmental, academic, and relational challenges. My experience working in schools allows me to understand the unique pressures young people face while also helping parents and caregivers navigate family dynamics and transitions.
Clients often appreciate my balance of empathy and honesty. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be authentic and supported enough to take meaningful risks. While I offer compassion and encouragement, I am also willing to provide gentle accountability to help clients move toward their goals.
My practice is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses strengths that can serve as powerful tools for healing and growth. Together, we identify and build upon those strengths while addressing the obstacles that may be standing in the way.
