Meet Gina

Gina works with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, lost, or uncertain about who they are and what truly motivates them. She has a particular passion for helping clients address long-standing emotional and relational patterns—often rooted in early life experiences—that continue to affect mood, relationships, and daily functioning. Gina offers a warm, non-judgmental space where insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change can take shape.

What I Offer

Gina provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, elders (65+), couples, and families. She specializes in concerns that have persisted over time, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, attachment and boundary issues, personality disorders, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, stress, and family conflict. Her work focuses on helping clients understand themselves more deeply while developing healthier, more effective ways of coping and relating.

Why Choose Gina

Gina brings a unique blend of advanced clinical training and scientific expertise to her practice. She holds an advanced post-graduate certificate in psychodynamic psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, along with training in CBT and other cognitive approaches. Gina is deeply committed to ongoing learning and consultation and regularly draws on the wisdom of experienced mentors to inform her clinical work.
