Welcome to my counseling space! I'm Sherry Spann, a dedicated Counselor in Training based in Missouri. Rooted in compassion, determination, and a deep commitment to healing, my journey is driven by empathy for those navigating feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, and loneliness. I understand the complexities of these emotions firsthand, and it's this understanding that fuels my passion and allows me to connect authentically with clients like you.

My passion lies in providing healing and support to individuals who have experienced trauma or significant life stressors. Through our sessions, I strive to guide you toward healthy insights and self-discovery, empowering you to embrace your inherent wholeness and inner peace.

In 2022, I had the privilege of stepping into the role of Emergency Crisis Response provider for our community. In the aftermath of a local school shooting and the heartbreaking loss of a student to suicide, I volunteered to support teachers and students during their most vulnerable moments. With short notice, my calm and soothing demeanor served as a beacon of comfort, providing a safe space for individuals to process and heal.
