On your therapeutic journey, I believe that your experience deserves no judgment, trust, genuineness, and true advocacy. I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults. I assist individuals gain insight into themselves and facilitate self expression through creative problem solving.

My approach: I utilize a hands on approach with the power of choice in your session. With the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Directive Play Therapy techniques, individuals can build resilience, self regulation and self esteem in their lives. Some interventions I use with my younger clients include but are not limited to Sand-tray, art and painting, sensory boxes, therapeutic use of Legos and much more.  I am available to you in person and online!

Work experiences- for 18 years I have worked in Community Mental Health agencies providing therapeutic care to adults and children who have chronic mental illness. I am experienced in referral and advocacy for clients with linkage resources that expand throughout the St. Louis Metro Area.
